Terms & Conditions

  1. The full fee is due and payable at the time of booking. Refunds will not be provided should you change your mind as this time has been booked out for your service.

  2. All other services must be paid for before each booking will be accepted.

  3. Whilst I can provide an indicative cost, we cannot predict how many sessions may be required to resolve your illness/concerns.

  4. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel or change appointment times. Payment will be kept in lieu if this period is not provided.

  5. If a client is late, it is generally not possible to extend the time for the consultation. There will always be times when changes need to be made due to extenuating circumstances for either the client or me. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, where possible, I will endeavour to find another time. Please be aware, however, that I have a full caseload and this may not always be possible.

  6. Whilst all care is taken and support provided, there can be no guarantee that treatment will be successful. Statistically, we have a 97% success rate.

  7. Clients must be aged 14 and above. Parents will not be able to attend the session with their child.

  8. If the session is being conducted by zoom, it is your responsibility to ensure that your system is set up and you have headphones available.

  9. Rest assured, consultations are treated with the professional confidentiality appropriate to the Code of Ethics. Further, it is important that you know that it is mandatory to report any present episodes of child abuse, or any incidences involving serious harm to yourself or another individual..

  10. We will not provide any level of treatment to anyone under the influence of any substance.

  11. The package price for the treatment will be discussed prior to commencement.
