Hi, I’m Cherie Fittler, and I lead a team at Re-thinking Health, located in Mudgee, NSW. We provide holistic health services to corporate clients, EAP clients, and individuals.
Our services include face-to-face appointments, online sessions, phone consultations, and group workshops, all while ensuring confidentiality and security.

Health is a state of being - whilst wellness is the journey towards achieving it.

For instance, a person may be considered healthy if they are free from disease, but they pursue wellness by making healthy food choices, exercising regularly, and managing stress.

Wellness is a multi-dimensional concept - whereas health is often viewed as a singular state.

A person can possess good physical health yet struggle with social or emotional well-being, indicating that while they are healthy, they are not necessarily in a state of wellness.
